ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2017, and our team includes two team members plus me — a close-knit group that works together with a strong family-first mindset. Before opening my office, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a supportive agency and deliver a great customer experience.
I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and outside of work I’m a proud husband and dad to two kids. I’m a big animal lover, love cooking (total foodie), and stay busy being involved in my kids’ basketball and soccer. I’m also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors — snowboarding, off-roading, beach days, you name it.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eric Albora - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
