ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2017, and our team includes two team members plus me — a close-knit group that works together with a strong family-first mindset. Before opening my office, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a supportive agency and deliver a great customer experience.
I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and outside of work I’m a proud husband and dad to two kids. I’m a big animal lover, love cooking (total foodie), and stay busy being involved in my kids’ basketball and soccer. I’m also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors — snowboarding, off-roading, beach days, you name it.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eric Albora - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
