ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2017, and our team includes two team members plus me — a close-knit group that works together with a strong family-first mindset. Before opening my office, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a supportive agency and deliver a great customer experience.
I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and outside of work I’m a proud husband and dad to two kids. I’m a big animal lover, love cooking (total foodie), and stay busy being involved in my kids’ basketball and soccer. I’m also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors — snowboarding, off-roading, beach days, you name it.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
